Physics is about understanding the world around us – from tiny bits of matter smaller than the atom to the vast machine that is our universe and everything in between.
In the year 11 preliminary course, students learn about classical principles and laws including electromagnetic radiation, motion, electricity and the birth of our universe. In the year 12 HSC course, students learn to develop a more conceptual understanding of physics which includes special relativity, quantum mechanics and how to make a levitating train.
At Hero Education, we understand that physics can be confusing. That’s why we we’ve developed an ability to break down complex concepts into simple yet deeply thorough explanations. Students love this and often walk out of our physics classes motivated and confident.
